Since my friend Chirelle and I are each going through divorces and currently have no spouses, we decided to take our kids and go on vacation to Southern Utah. Her mom owns a home down there so we stayed there with Chirelle's brother. We had tons of fun, and it was nice to take Adrian some place other than our usual hang outs. Our first day there was just a relax and hang out day, we did some gorcery shopping in the morning, and went to Night at the Museum 2 in the evening. It was a pretty good flick, the first one is still better, and the second had long periods of talking, which did little to entertain my three year old, but there were some good laugh out loud parts. Then we went to the famous In and Out Burger, I had never been before, and sticking with their name, they only serve burgers (and fries) no chicken or anything, but fantastic none the less.
The pics aren't co-operating, so they are out of order of our vacay, oh well.

We went to Zions National Park on Memorial Day, It was my first time there. Adrian had to have his own map.

This was the lower pool of Emerald Springs. Having a one year old in a stroller, and a three year old limited our hiking experiences, this was one of the shorter ones.

This was Weeping Rock, you can't tell too well in the picture, but there is water raining out of the rock, the bus driver/tour guide explained the process it takes for the water to drip through the rock, it's long and slightly complicated, and I didn't take notes, but what did stick was the fact that the water coming out now, is thousands of years old. Kinda neat.

Here we all are. Chirelle and her daughter Riah, and me with Adrian!!!!

He is absolutely adorable!!!

Adrian, of course, had to build a sand castle, he had lots of cun finding the perfect sticks to be the flags on top.

Adrian wasn't sitting down and eating his dinner, so in exasperation, I asked him if he wanted to be tied to his chair, he thought it was a great idea, and Chirelle's brother Geoffrey was more than happy to oblige. He got out the duct tape. Adrian was all smiles while we were wrapping him, but then he realized it wasn't so great, so we cut the tape and set him free.

Adrian in the jetted tub. What a fun vacation!!!
